Join us at Boston’s State House by the Grand Staircase on Friday, March 22, 2013 in honor of World Water Day. The United Nations has declared 2013 the International Year of Water Cooperation. The UN calls us all to work together to find ways to solve our water problems not just on local and national levels but also on the scale of watersheds and bio-regions.
MA Water Forum is co-hosted by Rep. Russell E. Holmes, Rep. Carolyn Dykema, Sen. James Eldridge, Sen. Marc Pacheco, and Dr. Karen Weber of the Foundation for a Green Future with co-development by Crystal Johnson, Environmental Planner and Strategist, ISES.
ORI will be one of 12 featured exhibitors. You’ll see us tabling first up to the left of the Grand Staircase starting at 9 a.m. At 10 a.m. the water forum will commence, when we all should listen to sage advice. At 1:30 p.m. there will be presentation by Green Schools youth, networking and more exhibit viewing.
