Why are Cotuit Oysters the Best

Cotuit oysters have been farmed here for over 150 years.  Rob Moir explains why Cotuit Bay, Cape Cod, is renowned for good oysters, standing where fresh water from the land meets salty water from the Atlantic Ocean. He picks up quohogs (big cherry-stones)  and soft-shelled clams.  A catboat, good for transporting oysters, is moored nearby.
